1. What's Included

Two live, 60-minute virtual coaching sessions per month

A drop-in format: come when you need it, leave when you've gotten what you need. There's no obligation to attend every session, attend a session in full, or attend any particular number of sessions per month.

A written takeaway summary sent at the end of the month, de-identified so no member, student, family, or situation discussed is named or otherwise identifiable.

Access to a members-only resource library that grows over time (roughly one new resource added per month at launch — not a fixed library size or delivery schedule).

Membership does not include individualized email or text support between sessions — that boundary is intentional, not an oversight. If you need ongoing, individualized help with a specific situation, ask about Easy Peasy Breakthrough, our private 1:1 coaching offer, which is billed separately.

2. Eligibility & School / Multi-Staff Access

An individual membership is personal to the named member and may not be shared or used by anyone else. Schools or districts purchasing access for multiple staff members may do so under custom pricing and a separate order form; each individual staff user is still personally bound by these Membership Terms.

3. Membership Fee & Billing

Current Founding Member rate: $27/month (USD), billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file, starting on your enrollment date (or the date any complimentary period under Section 4 ends) and continuing on the same date each month until you cancel under Section 5.  Your rate remains the same for as long as your membership stays continuously active. 

4. Free Period for The Easy Peasy Way Graduates

Graduates of The Easy Peasy Way receive the first 90 days of Easy Peasy Open Door at no charge.

Because this complimentary period runs longer than 30 days, we will send you an email reminder between 3 and 30 days before it ends, telling you the date your membership will convert to the paid Founding Member rate and how to cancel if you don't want to continue.

If you do not cancel before the complimentary period ends, your membership automatically converts to a paid, recurring membership at the then-applicable Founding Member rate, billed to the payment method on file.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current paid billing period, by emailing [email protected]

Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund the current billing period you've already paid for, except where required by law.

You keep access to live sessions and the resource library through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

6. Sessions Are Not Recorded

Live Easy Peasy Open Door sessions are intentionally not recorded. Members often discuss real, student or family situations, ask vulnerable questions, and administrators may be present — the group works because people can speak freely knowing there's no replay.

You agree not to record, screenshot, livestream, or otherwise capture any part of a live session, and not to repeat or share what another member discloses during a session outside of that session, in any form.

Violating this section is grounds for immediate removal from the membership without a refund of the current billing period.

7. Post-Session Takeaways & Resource Library

The written takeaway summaries and everything in the resource library are “Content” under our Terms of Use: licensed to you for personal or professional use during your active membership, not for redistribution, and not guaranteed to reach any particular size or include any particular resource by any particular date.

8. Educational Purpose Only

As explained fully in our Terms of Use, Easy Peasy Open Door is educational and professional-development programming. It is not individualized behavior-analytic, psychological, or other clinical services, and participating does not create a clinical or professional-client relationship. When a session touches on a specific student, the discussion is general professional guidance — not an individualized assessment, treatment plan, or clinical recommendation for that child.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Easy Peasy Open Door is built on the idea that you shouldn't have to figure hard situations out alone. Membership is access to live coaching sessions, takeaway summaries, and a resource library — not a guarantee that any particular question will be resolved, or that any specific outcome will follow from attending.

10. Relationship to Our Terms of Use

Our Terms of Use at [Insert Terms of Use URL] — including its provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law and dispute resolution — apply in full to your Easy Peasy Open Door membership and are incorporated here by reference.

11. Changes to These Membership Terms

We may update these Membership Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify active members by email before it takes effect. Continuing your membership after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
