TERMS OF USE

Easy Peasy Consulting

Effective Date: Aug 30, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Easy Peasy Consulting, PLLC (“Easy Peasy Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of easypeasy.consulting (the “Site”) and any courses, coaching, membership programs, downloads, communications, or other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or purchasing or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

1. Our Services

Easy Peasy Consulting currently offers four types of Services:

District Partnership — consulting, coaching, and professional development for schools and districts, billed hourly, by project, or by retainer.

The Easy Peasy Way — a 7-week, self-paced course with live coaching calls for classroom teachers.

Easy Peasy Open Door — a monthly membership offering live group coaching sessions and a members-only community and resource library.

Easy Peasy Breakthrough — private, 1:1 coaching sessions booked as needed.

District Partnership engagements are governed by a separate signed services agreement between you (or your school or district) and Easy Peasy Consulting; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls. Easy Peasy Open Door is additionally governed by our Membership Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Easy Peasy Way is governed by these Terms together with any course-specific enrollment terms presented at checkout.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for education professionals, school and district staff, and caregivers acting in a professional or personal-development capacity — not as a substitute for individualized clinical services (see Section 3).

3. Educational Purpose Only; Not Individualized Behavior-Analytic or Clinical Services

Cristin Ekhoff is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Illinois. The courses, coaching, membership sessions, resources, and other content offered through the Services are educational and professional-development in nature. They are designed to build general skills, frameworks, and knowledge for working with student behavior and school systems. These interventions are not behavior analytic in nature and are not covered by my BACB certification.

The Services do not constitute individualized behavior-analytic, psychological, or other clinical services, and using the Services does not create a behavior-analyst/client relationship, a therapist/client relationship, or any other formal clinical or professional-client relationship between you (or any student, family, or staff member you discuss) and Cristin Ekhoff or Easy Peasy Consulting. Content shared in group settings, including Easy Peasy Open Door sessions, is general in nature and is not an individualized assessment, treatment plan, or clinical recommendation for any specific child.

4. Confidentiality of Information You Share

Some Services, including Easy Peasy Open Door sessions, involve discussing real classroom, student, or family situations.  You agree not to record, screenshot, or redistribute any live session, and not to share what other participants disclose during a session outside of that session. Additional confidentiality terms specific to Easy Peasy Open Door appear in our Membership Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, session content, templates, resource-library documents, worksheets, audits, frameworks (including the 5 Cs — Clarity, Consistency, Capacity, Connection, and Confidence — and the Classroom Chaos Audit), written content, and other materials made available through the Services (collectively, “Content”) are owned by Easy Peasy Consulting or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your own personal or professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, or use the Content to create a competing product or service, without our prior written permission.

6. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds

Pricing for each Service is stated at checkout or in your signed services agreement, and is subject to change for future purchases or enrollment periods.

One-time purchases (such as The Easy Peasy Way): [Insert refund policy — for example, refundable within X days of purchase if fewer than Y% of course materials have been accessed.]

Recurring membership (Easy Peasy Open Door): billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are set out in our Membership Terms, not these Terms of Use.

Consulting and coaching engagements (District Partnership, Easy Peasy Breakthrough): payment and cancellation terms are set out in your signed services agreement.

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Easy Peasy Consulting shares skills, frameworks, and professional experience in good faith, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, behavior change, academic outcome, caseload change, or business result from using the Services. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control, including how the material is applied. Nothing in our marketing or Services should be understood as a promise of a particular result.

8. Testimonials

Any testimonials or reviews we display are from past course participants or coaching or membership clients, are labeled as solicited or unsolicited, and reflect that individual's personal experience — results are not typical and are not guaranteed. Consistent with the BACB Ethics Code, testimonials are never solicited or used from individuals who are current clinical clients receiving individualized behavior-analytic services from Cristin Ekhoff.

9. User Conduct

When using the Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when registering or purchasing;

Use the Services lawfully and respectfully toward Easy Peasy Consulting and other participants;

Not record, republish, or resell session content without permission (see Section 5);

Not share identifying information about students or families beyond what is appropriate for the coaching context; and

Not use the Services to harass, defame, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party platforms — for example, payment processors, video-conferencing tools, and email service providers — to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of those third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications related to the Services and, where you opt in, marketing communications. Every marketing email includes a functional unsubscribe link and our physical business address, and we process opt-out requests in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may also update your communication preferences or request removal by contacting us at cristin@easypeasyconsulting.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at [Insert Privacy Policy URL], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY PEASY CONSULTING AND CRISTIN EKHOFF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Peasy Consulting, Cristin Ekhoff, and our contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Membership Terms (where applicable), and any signed services agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Easy Peasy Consulting regarding the Services.
