COURSE ENROLLMENT TERMS

The Easy Peasy Way — Easy Peasy Consulting

Effective Date: Aug 31, 2026

These Course Enrollment Terms (“Course Terms”) apply when you purchase or enroll in The Easy Peasy Way, offered by Easy Peasy Consulting, PLLC (“Easy Peasy Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Course Terms supplement, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Use at https://easypeasy.consulting/terms_of_use-page. Where a provision here conflicts with the Terms of Use specifically as applied to The Easy Peasy Way, these Course Terms control.

1. Course Format

The Easy Peasy Way is a 7-week course built around the 5 Cs — Clarity, Consistency, Capacity, Connection, and Confidence — and includes:

Self-paced lessons introducing one core tool per week;

A weekly 60-minute live coaching call;

A private course forum; and

Replays of the live coaching calls.

The course opens and closes with the Classroom Chaos Audit.

2. Live Calls Are Recorded for Replay

Unlike Easy Peasy Open Door, the weekly live coaching calls in The Easy Peasy Way are recorded so that call replays can be included as part of the course. By joining a live call, you consent to being recorded.

Because these recordings are kept and shared with other participants as replays, please avoid naming or otherwise identifying a specific student or family when you share a situation on a live call or in the forum — describe the situation generally instead. This is different from Easy Peasy Open Door, where sessions are deliberately not recorded for this reason.

3. Enrollment, Cohort Timing & What Happens If a Cohort Changes

The Easy Peasy Way is not yet open for enrollment. Once enrollment opens, cohort start dates and any prerequisites will be stated at signup.

4. Price, Payment & Refunds

The current price is the $350 introductory “Founding Cohort” rate, a one-time fee, due at enrollment. This introductory rate applies to the Founding Cohort and future pricing may differ.  Refunds available until the course opens and is accessed.

5. Course Access

Participants have lifetime access to the course upon completion.

6. Forum & Live Call Conduct

When participating in the course forum or live calls, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with Easy Peasy Consulting staff and other participants;

Avoid naming or otherwise identifying specific students or families (see Section 2);

Not resell, redistribute, or publicly repost course materials, forum content, or call replays (see the Intellectual Property section of our Terms of Use); and

Not use the forum or live calls to harass, defame, or harm others.

We may remove a participant from the course community for violating these conduct expectations.

7. No Results or Testimonial Claims Yet

No cohort of The Easy Peasy Way has run yet. We do not make, and you should not rely on, any claim about outcomes, results, or testimonials for this course until real participants have completed it.

8. Educational Purpose Only

As explained fully in our Terms of Use, The Easy Peasy Way is educational and professional-development programming. It is not individualized behavior-analytic, psychological, or other clinical services, and enrolling does not create a clinical or professional-client relationship. Where required by the BACB Ethics Code, the disclaimer “These interventions are not behavioral in nature and are not covered by my BACB certification” appears alongside the course's name and description wherever it is advertised.

9. Eligibility

The course is intended for adult education professionals and caregivers acting in a professional or personal-development capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to enroll.

10. Relationship to Our Terms of Use

Our Terms of Use at https://easypeasy.consulting/terms_of_use-page — including its provisions on intellectual property, no guarantee of results, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law and dispute resolution — apply in full to your enrollment in The Easy Peasy Way and are incorporated here by reference.

11. Changes to These Course Terms

We may update these Course Terms from time to time, including between cohorts. The version in effect when you enroll governs your enrollment unless we notify you of a material change that applies retroactively.
